- ThumbsPlus! (32-bit) - (2.2 MB) a great graphics program that displays thumbnails of all your files (BMP/GIF/JPG/etc.) and does cropping, scaling, conversions, and more. Highly recommended.
- JASC Paint Shop Pro - (1.9 MB) A great paint/editing program for Windows. Includes many high-end features like palette control and special effect filters. Great!
- LView Pro - (this runs under Win95 and Win3.X w/ Win32 extensions) another nice utility for quickly viewing graphic files, like JPEGs and GIFs that you download.
- PhotoStudio - (1.3 MB) A top-of-the-line image editor similar to PhotoShop. Edit your existing images (all file types supported) with incredible special effects, like oil paint and fish-eye lenses. This is an excellent program. .
- Fractal Expression - (6.8MB) Commercial demo (Save disabled) of an incredible, vector-based, natural media drawing/painting program. You can use various strokes to resemble paints, charcoal, etc. You'll find it to be more like painting than using a computer program, and you'll be amazed by the beautiful work you can create.
- Picture Man Art Gallery - (1.4 MB) Demo (Save disabled) of another nice photo/image editing program. Includes many special effect filters, contrast and color controls, etc. .
- Web Graphics Optimizer - (5.2 MB) Reduces the size of images on your web site so that your page will load faster. Can even handle animated GIF's.
- Quant v2.0 (32-bit) - (347 KB) Quant is a graphics program for reducing any number of image files to a common 256-color (or less) palette. Use it to avoid palette flashes when you need to display multiple color images on systems with only 256-color displays. .
- U-Lead GIF Animator (32-bit) - (1.5 MB) By far the best program for creating animated GIFs (the moving pictures you see on the WWW these days). Cut and paste elements from any graphics program as you build your GIF with drag and drop ease. Highly recommended.
