Reviews of the 2006 and 2007 Chrysler Crossfire - Coupe - Roadster:

Out of all the car reviews we do each year, this one stood out as special. Chrysler has a thing of beauty with the 2007 Crossfire that has only built on the uniqueness of the 2006 Chrysler Crossfire. The Crossfire Coupe comes in a Limited, Crossfire, and SRT6 models with the Limited and Crossfire both having a 3.2-Liter V6 SOHC 18-Valve Engine while the SRT6 gets the 3.2-Liter V6 Supercharged Engine. The Limited Coupe starts at $34920 and appears as a cross between a BMW Z4 and a Porsche. The STR6 which goes for $46,000+ goes zero to 60 in the low 5 seconds so the acceleration and power are never a question when driving this sleek spors car. The driver adaptive shift logic and AutoStick allow for smooth driving and shifting. Chrysler describes the Crossfire as "Race inspired, street legal" which we found to be right on. The superior handling and braking are like what you find in a racecar and the safety and security features keep you comfortable and in control of the driving experience.

The 2007 Chrysler Crossfire Roadster has 3 options - standard, limited, and SRT6. The Roadster Standard starts at $35110 and has a cloth convertible top, hard Tonneau cover, sports bra, a V6 engine that supplies 215 HP and a speed sensitive rear spoiler. The 6-speed manual transmission lets you get the feel of being behind the wheel of a real racecar while the large wheels keep you glued to the road. So far the customer feedback is only positive on the Chrysler Crossfire with its great looks, powerful performance, stylish features, and unbelievable handling. The Roadster SRT6 is the big boy in the bunch and with 330 HP from a supercharged V6, hold on because this baby goes. Don't worry, the fixed rear spoiler will keep you from taking off into the sky. Chrysler has an excellent website for the car with a photo gallery, interior features, and exterior features at Chrysler.com/crossfire/. For some quality desktop wallpaper images of the Chrysler Crossfire, go to Dieselstation.com or Seriouswheels.com.

Used Chrysler Crossfire:

Perhaps a new 2006 or 2007 Chrysler Crossfire is too much and a used model fits your budget, then we suggest going to Automotive.com and searching for used Crossfires. We found a used 2005 Chrysler Crossfire (Black) with 6000 miles for $23,999. Still too much, how about a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire Coupe with 35K miles for under $22,000. Ebay has an excellent used car section as well where you can bid/auction on a used Chrysler Crossfire and see what you can come up with. Even your local Chrysler dealer is a good spot to try as well with the Certified Pre-Owned programs they offer. The Crossfire is still a young car and I'm sure there will be maintenance issues with them as the years go by, but for now they are holding up well and consumers love them.

Chrysler Crossfire Accessories:

When you own a custom car like a Chrsyler Crossfire, accessory items are fun to purchase and aftermarket parts are plentiful if you want to spend your money. 1stchryslerparts.com carries all the latest Chrysler Crossfire accessories with the top sellers being the Front End Cover(With License Opening) ($123.60), Cargo Magic ($88.80), Door Entry Guards Illuminated ($494), Car Cover ($265), Front End Cover(Without License Opening) ($123.60). Most Crossfires come loaded with goodies, so you shouldn't have to spend that much on aftermarket parts.
