I really liked the dual sliding doors that can be opened and closed via the key remote. The Easy Out roller seats are convenient as well and the roomy interior makes total sense compared to what you get in most SUV's. The new 2007 Dodge Caravan starts at $19345 for the SE and $23235 for the SXT. The Dodge Caravan SXT comes with a 3.3 liter V6 engine, dual-zone air conditioning, power windows and locks, and 16-inch aluminum wheels. The 3.3 liter engine delivers 180 HP and has a 4-speed automatic transmission. Fuel mileage is good at 19 city/26 highway although I would have expected more fuel economy from a minivan. On the Dodge Caravan rental that I had, I was annoyed with the rear locking mechanism for the back hatch, as many features are child safe but when no kids are around make for a tedious life for adults. Having driven the Toyota Sienna that my father in law owns, I would say the Dodge Caravan lacks interior style and overall comfort.
