Reviews of the best 2007 Harley Davidson Motorcycles - Sportster Series - Dyna Series:

Harley Davidson motorcycles have been a fixture of American highways for almost a century and they continue to draw biker enthusiasts to all their functions (Sturgis is the largest). The latest line of motorcycles includes the Sportster, Dyna, Softail, VRSC, and Touring bikes. The Sportster series starts with the XL Sportster 883 for $6595. Mileage is 57 hwy / 48 city and fuel capacity is just over 3 gallons while the Evolution engine is chain driven with a 5-speed transmission. The XL883 Sportster 883 Low is basically the same bike just a touch lower and costs $6995 ($7215 for color). We really like the XL883C Sportster 883 Custom bike with steel laced front wheel, an optional security system and an ample 4.5 gallon fuel tank all for $8320 (Custom color). The 883R XL 883R has triple disc brakes, low effort sidestand, reduced clutch lever effort, and racing style graphics for $7915. You can review all the Harley Davidson motorcycles online with wallpaper images of all of them at Harley-Davidson.com.

The other Sportster cycles are the XL 1200C Custom ($9595), XL 1200L Low ($9395), and XL 1200R Roadster ($8595). The XL 1200L Low comes with a Rubber-mounted 1200cc Evolution engine, 4.5 gallon fuel tank, black powder-coated engine with chrome covers, pull back handlebars, chrome staggered exhaust with shorty dual mufflers, electronic speedometer, low two-up Badlander style seat, low-profile rear shocks, 150mm rear tire, 100mm front tire, and reduced clutch effort. The XL 1200C custom has laced front wheel and chrome slotted disc rear wheel, forward mounted foot controls, 2-piston, single-disc front and single-piston rear brake system, two-up seat, high flow cylinder heads, tall pull-back riser, and a polished, stainless steel tank console. The Roadster model is a beauty with silver 13-spoke wheels, electronic tachometer, and the same engine as the other XL 1200 bikes. The Dyna series offers the Super Glide FXDI, FXDI 35th Anniversary Super Glide, and the FXDCI. We really like the look and performance of the Super Glide FXDI with new 49mm forks, a solo seat, a huge 160mm rear tire, and the Twin Cam 88 engine with 6 gears. Mileage is a consistent 50 highway/ 44 city for all 3 models and with the Cruise Drive gearbox. With pricing starting at $12195 for the Super Glide and $16795 for the 35th Anniversary model, you can't go wrong. Harley Davidson has done an excellent job with technology and good old fashioned motorcycle design. The Street Bob FXDBI, Low Rider FXDLI, and the Wide Glide FXDWGI are even more impressive and cost a touch more at $13195, $15620 and $16620. Our favorite is the Low Rider with 6-speed Cruise Drive gearbox, black powder-coated engine with chrome covers, low-profile suspension, low-slung custom seat, raked out front fork, low-rise handlebar, and tank mounted speedometer and tachometer. Softail - VRSC - Touring:

The Softail series includes the Softail Standard, Night Train, Springer Softail, Deuce, Heritage Softail, Fat Boy, Softail Deluxe, Springer Classic, and Heritage Softail Classic. These "hogs" are beautiful with Twin Cam 88 engines, available in colors like vivid black, brilliant silver, chopper blue, fire red pearl, black pearl, optional security systems, and new fatter 200mm rear tires. You get bobtail fender, flat handlebars (drag style), with plenty of chrome to keep the bike shiny. The Softail Standard goes for $14495, the Night Train is $15445, and the Springer Softail is $17145. Our favorites are the Fat Boy ($16645) and the Softail Deuce ($16995) with features like Fat FL-style front forks, custom horseshoe oil tank, shotgun style exhaust, slider covers, chrome tank console. The 1450cc Twin Cam 88 engine supplies plenty of power to really enjoy those weekend rides on the backroads in your area. The VRSC series offers liquid cooled 1300cc Revolution engines for the V-Rod, Night Rod, and Street Rod motorcycles. The Revolution engine has Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection and propels these bikes down the road like rockets. Pricing is very affordable at $15,000-$17,900. For the big boys from Harley, check out the Touring series with the Road King, Road King Custom, Road King Classic, Road Glide, Street Glide, Electra Glide Standard, Electra Glide Classic, and Ultra Classic Electra Glide. Many of us have secretly wanted to ride a Harley across the open roads of America and the Touring series should make all those dreams come true. The Electra Glide Classis is vintage Harley style with a nice wide frame, a beefy engine, hard saddlebags, and ample room for 2. The two-tone costs $18645 and has the vibration isolation 1450cc engine.

Harley Davidson Boots - Clothing:

When it comes to clothing accessories and gear, no site offers a better selection than the main Harley Davidson site listed above. They release items all the time and will even email you will their latest inventory additions. Get Harley Davidson jackets, gloves, helmets, eyewear, boots, heated gear, rain gear, vests, shirts, chaps, pants, leathers, denims, and riding gear. The Classic Cruiser Half Helmet sells for $150 while a pair of Men's Mega Conductor Boots go for $131. Of course a Harley Davidson leather jacket is what all bikers need and they are distinctly Harley in many ways and the new Men's Raceway Leather Jacket ($450) is extremely breathable and comes with nice graphics. .
