Live Concert Ticket Review and Buying Guide:

Are you ready for all the live concerts coming this summer? Do you have your concert tickets yet? Maybe you are a fan of Bob Dylan, Aerosmith, Shakira, or Eminem, whatever music you like there is no experience like a live concert. Last year I went to the Aerosmith / Motley Crue concert here in Las Vegas and what a great time it was. I remember when I was kid and I saw some great bands like Metallica, U2, Bon Jovi, and countless others for under $35 a ticket. I know that Justin Timberlake just played in Las Vegas and his concert tickets were selling for at least $100 on the internet, but that's nothing compared to Madonna who was charging closer to $250 a ticket during her last tour. In the old days people would anticipate a band coming to their town for months, and when the band did arrive in town to play a concert it was a big deal. It seems that nowadays with the internet many kids (and even adults) are not as interested in live music as they were 20 years ago. We used to carpool to the concert and tailgate in the parking lot with a big group of people as we eagerly awaited the show that evening. Most kids today just want to chat on myspace and download music files for free from their home computer. If you like music, partying, and just getting out of the house then check out a few summer concerts and support the arts!

Concert Ticket Websites:

Would you like to buy a concert ticket online? There are literally hundreds (if not thousands) of websites online that sell concert tickets so the question is, what is the best website that sells concert tickets? We reviewed some of the more popular live concert ticket websites online and have posted the results here. Depending on the artist and venue, you can expect to pay about $45 a ticket for any concert this year. If you decide you want to sit in the front row or even just within the first 50 rows, be ready to spend over $100 for any concert you attend. One of the better websites that sells concert tickets online is buyselltix.com/concerts/. At the moment they sell tickets for Nickelback, Genesis, Daughtry, Rod Stewart, Celine Dion, My Chemical Romance, and other big name performers. The best part about their website is their search option function which lets you search by: concert, city, state, zip, artist, and date. They also offer a safe and SECURE shopping cart so you can buy tickets and not have to worry about giving your credit card information over the web. If you want to try a different concert (or any event) ticket website we would recommend you try coasttocoasttickets.com/concerts. They offer a $25 discount on some tickets for new members along with tickets for comedy shows, sporting events, and even broadway shows. They also offer a website that guarantees secure transactions so you can buy tickets online and not worry about how safe it is.

Best Ticket Broker Websites:

Are you looking forward to a big concert this year? Maybe your favorite band is on tour and coming to your hometown this summer in 2007? If you already called Ticketmaster and they can't help you with the concert tickets you are looking for then your best option is to contact a ticket broker. Thanks to the internet it's relatively easy to find a concert ticket broker in your hometown, or at least within driving distance of your house. Basically ticket brokers buy and sell tickets for a profit to all events like sports, concerts, broadway, and even seminars. Some people don't like ticket brokers and say they are running a shady operation, but the truth is that ticket brokers set their prices according to supply and demand. There are many choices on the internet when it comes to finding a ticket broker so we reviewed a few of the more popular ones online. If you want to buy live concert tickets now, or maybe you want special seats (like courtside or front row) then check out greattickets.com. They are a member of "The National Association of Ticket Brokers" and currently have tickets to Bob Seger, Gwen Stefani, and Christina Aguilera. Their website also offers an 800 # to call if you would feel more comfortable by speaking with someone over the telephone. Another great ticket broker website is tickets4u.com/concerts.asp. Their website lets you search for a concert by event, city, or venue and they sell concert tickets for all styles of music (rap, country, folk, rock, etc.). Remember that ticket brokers are in the buiness of buying and selling to make money, but that doesn't mean you can't find a good deal as long as you are willing to Pay Top Dollar.

Buy Live Concert Tickets From Classified Ads:

Do you want to buy tickets to see Shania Twain or Pink in concert? Maybe you are trying to buy tickets to see Sting and The Police on their tour this year? When it comes to buying live concert tickets you have many options, but we highly recommend that you check out craigslist.com and backpage.com for tickets at a discounted price. I just went to see Saliva in concert last month at The House Of Blues, and I bought my tickets on craigslist for only $20 each (not bad because face value was $35). The good thing about buying concert tickets online (from classified sites) is that most of the people selling the tickets just want to get rid of them. If you wait until a day or two before the concert to make an offer on the tickets you can usually get a great deal. Remember that if the guy selling the tickets doesn't find a buyer he will have to eat the entire cost of the ticket (most scalpers will bargain once the show is only 24 hours a day). Ebay.com is another great website online to find and purchase live concert tickets, but on ebay you have to bid against other people and sometimes that can make the price go higher than you expected. Your best bet is to start out by looking on backpage (they have listings for most major cities) and from there go to ebay if you can't find the seats you are looking for. Over the years I have had a lot of fun at live shows with my friends and I would recommend that everybody gets to a couple concerts this summer - it's good for the soul.

Summer Concert Tickets:

Are you excited about all the good bands and artists that are rumored to be touring this summer? Prince, Kiss, John Mayer, Lifehouse, Kid Rock, Train, Linkin Park, these are just some of the popular bands that should be coming to your town this year. Going to a live concert in the summer is like a hobby for some music fans, but if you plan on attending a lot of live shows this year be prepared to spend some money. The last 3 concerts I went to cost an average of $60 a ticket, $35 for a t shirt, and $6 a beer at the show. That adds up pretty fast and in the end those last 3 concerts cost me about $500 total. If you would like to buy a band t shirt or some other memorabilia then check out allposters.com
