Another highly advertised acne medication is called the Murad Acne Complex for $29.95. Their acne products cleanse/tone, treat/repair, and hydrate/protect. No product works for everyone, so check with your dermatologist on what they recommend first.
Acne Scar Treatment - Laser:One of the fallouts of bad acne is that the scars stay with you for a long time if the acne was bad. Many acne scars heal themselves once the condition is treated. However, some pockmarks or scars, never heal on their own. Dermatologists have developed several ways to help heal the scars. Dermabrasion tears off the top layer of skin and is very effective. There is laser resurfacing which too takes of skin layers to help repair scaring. It can uncomfortable during the healing process. Collagen injections are another way to try and heal acne scars. Lastly, there is cultured autologous fibroblasts - living cells from your body that are injected under the skin where the scar is. All of these treatments have proven to be effective in some ways.
