Christmas Yard Decoration Reviews and Buying Guide:

Over the years Christmas decorations for yards and outdoor settings have really become bigger than life. The lawn ornaments and figurines you can buy for Christmas are amazing to look at. The Christmas inflatables come in all different shapes and sizes to fit your yard, lawn or rooftop. Several of my neighbors own the Christmas blowups that sit on your lawn - Gemmy makes the inflatable Santa Claus and some are themed with Disney characters (see all Gemmy Christmas inflatables here). The one I like the best is the snowglobe where you can have falling snow inside the globe. They require a blower to keep them running but they are impressive.

Christmas Inflatables Outdoor - Where should you begin when shopping for these X-mas decorations? Stores like Target, Walmart and Home Depot carry these items. Keep in mind they are seasonal products so you probably won't see them until October and then they will be gone after Christmas. I know several people that shop for the yard inflatables the week after Christmas. The deals are often 50% off and well worth it. Shopping online at places like Amazon.com are your best source when buying out of season. Other websites like Yardinflatables.com offer a huge selection and competitive pricing as well. Inflatable lawn decorations for Christmas are not that expensive and they are cheap to run. You'll need to attach them to an electrical outlet so that the air blower can keep it inflated. Watch out for vandals as these inflatables are easy targets. I've seen them slashed and sometimes you hear that they have been stolen. Christmas inflatable reviews - Where can you find out what owners are saying about these outdoor Christmas decorations. Online is the best place at Amazon.com, MySears.com, Buzzillions, and Walmart. It's always good to hear the pitfalls of buying these. Do they rip or tear easily? Do they hold air without deflating really quickly? Are they easy to setup and take down? Talk with any neighbors who have these and get their take. The cheaper ones are less than $100 and the bigger (and better) ones are closer to $150 to $200. RECOMMENDED - We suggest going to Amazon.com to buy them since they offer competitive prices and lots of owner reviews you can read to get feedback. Best Christmas Yard Decorations:

RECOMMENDED - Gemmy is the top name for these airblown inflatables and they do offer a nice variety. The Gemmy Inflatable Globe is probably the most popular of the bunch. Also, the Let It Snow - 6 Foot Christmas Inflatable - Snowmen and Ornaments is one that I've seen quite often when driving through neighborhoods around Christmas. They even have some with moving parts like the 12' Inflatable Caroussel. If you can handle the noise of the air blower, they can used indoors as well as outdoors. Some people have nice bay windows in their houses facing the street and having the inflatable near the window makes a nice addition during the Christmas season. They will inflate in minutes. Six feet is a good height, don't get anything too large since they are harder to fit into yards and homes. You can browse the top rated Gemmy Christmas inflatables here.

Inflatable Yard Decorations for Christmas:

Theme yard inflatables are certainly one way to go. They are made with Christmas colors and scenes. Disney has licensed out their characters and you can find Mickey Mouse in several that are available online. The one with him and Pluto in a motorcycle is great. The Airblown Inflatable 6 Ft Tall Grinch in a Sleigh with Max is another top choice and the Airblown Inflatable Christmas Disney Pooh, Tigger, & Eeyore is popular. Thomas the Train is available for less than $100. Those with moving parts like the Ferris Wheel that rotates (bad reviews for this one) are best to stay away from.
