Talk with the property manager to find out details like - are pets ok, is there parking for each resident, what size are the bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen amenities, pool/spa, workout room, etc. Once you have the basic information, then setup an appointment so you can stop by and take a look at the unit. Remember to drive around the surrounding neighborhood and see about street parking, local shopping options, safety, and convenience to freeways for commuting. Rents are still fairly reasonable in Minneapolis but finding a 2 bedroom unit with a friend or another renter is a good call since it will save you a bit on your rent.
