Ask questions about the floor plans, are pets ok, # of bedrooms, bathrooms, closet sizes, is there a pool onsite, fitness center, spa, etc. The more details you find out the better decision you can make before ever having to even look at the apartment. Getting a 2 bedroom with a friend or renting out the 2nd bedroom will definitely save on your monthly rental fees.
