Search the web by using a comprehensive search engine like Copernic. Type in your "keywords" for searching and then put in the parameters of how many results you want. You can quickly look over the results and then double-click on any single site to have the web browser open up that site. Each site gets ranked by how often it appears amongst the search engines that Copernic searched.
