| Simple disk/file navigation.
This is a very efficient file navigation utility. A dockable, sizable toolbar is placed on your screen. Click it to see your entire disk drive structure in a series of cascading pop-up menus. You can then navigate to and open any file or folder you wish, without opening and drilling down through dozens of Explorer windows. It also keeps a "recently accessed" list to quickly jump recent to locations, as well as a "custom list" where you can add shortcuts to any commonly accessed directories on your system (great for quick access to your \WINDOWS directory, Desktop, Startup folder, or anything else you want to open and access quickly). You can also drag and drop files onto Cruiser, and an option pops-up to copy, move, or create a shortcut -- you can then navigate quickly to any location and put the file there. Whether or not you choose to use more of these custom features, it's still a great way to quickly move around your hard drive(s).
