| Absolutely wonderful program on creating healthy meals.
This is an excellent recipe/cooking program by Chef Paul Prudhomme. The program is broken down into different food categories (meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, pastas, salads, and soups). There is something for everyone within each category. Each meal has a list of ingredients, preparation and cooking directions, the calories per serving, and some offer a picture of the meal. Some of the lesser known cooking terms have pop-up windows with a full definition of what it means. This is very handy for novice cooks. There are 15 recipes among the entire list that are low in calories so that we can all eat what we want and be healthy at the same time.
