This is an excellent program for editing and applying special effects to your image collection. Supports all standard file types: TIF, BMP, GIF, JPG, etc. After opening a file, you can adjust color settings, contrast, light/dark control. It really shines in its collection of special filters you can apply: oil paint, emboss, faceted glass, etc. With these effects, you can change your ordinary pictures into extaordinary images, with very little work. The program does not support pixel by pixel editing, but for special effects and simple image manipulation, it does a great job. The SAVE function is disabled in the shareware version.
