RapidMemo is an e-mail application for sending mails between users on a network. This simplified version of e-mail contains all the standard e-mail functionality at a fraction of the cost and without the need for a mail server or any mail account maintenance. The only setup step required is to create a new folder through Windows Explorer that can be accessed by all users for storing their e-mails. When each user runs this application for the first time, their mail account is automatically set up using their network logon ID and they are then immediately ready to send and receive e-mails. |
