Thumbs Plus

This has been one of our favorite graphics programs for a long time, and it just keeps getting better. ThumbsPlus is probably the best program around for creating and displaying thumbnails of all your graphics (see the screen shot). There is no easier way to find, view, organize, and manage all your image files -- the thumbnails let you see everything at once. It handles every possible file type you can imagine (although some problems with animated GIF files). Functions allow you to resize images, convert images, change color depth, and even batch convert an entire directory of files all at once. Database features allow you to store comments and keywords associated with each image, allowing you to quickly find just the file you need. Additional graphic tools let you crop images, apply filters, create slide shows, and adjust colors. Whether you have 2 or 2000 images stored on your hard drive, this is a must have utility.
