The design is pretty simple. You make a "list" (something like "My Wallpaper" or "Nature Scenes" or "Vacation" or however you choose to organize your pictures), then browse through the images on your hard drive and add the ones you want to your list(s).
On the setting screen, you can set the interval timer and set the wallpaper style you desire -- should it be stretched to fill the screen, or tiled, or centered? That's it -- just hit the MINIMIZE button at the upper right when you are done, and the program shrinks down and hides in your system tray until you need it (down by your clock on the taskbar, see below).

Normally the program will reside in your system tray like this, the little blue monitor icon that you see on the right. Click the monitor icon any time with the mouse, and "BOOM!", the next image in your list becomes your wallpaper! Right-click the icon and up comes the pop-up menu shown here, giving you full access to the program -- bring up the main screen or the setting screen, choose the next, previous, or random wallpaper, hide the desktop icons to better see your wallpaper, or start/stop the automatic interval timer.
