WinBoost

WinBoost 98 is a special utility designed to boost Windows 98/95 performance and productivity. Using easy to use graphical user interface you can configure hundreds of Windows 98/95 hidden settings from Start Menu, Desktop, Windows Explorer, Internet Explorer, etc. Something that you can't do on regular operations. Adjust CD-ROM cache up to 32x speed, optimize your internet connection (by maximizing MaxMTU and TTL settings), optimize your multimedia applications, change IE and OE logo animation (template available), rename and hide all of Start Menu items such as Start button, Run menu, etc. It does a lot of useful things, like allowing you to disable the Documents menu that tracks your recently opened files, adding permanent icons to your task bar (like the MSIE button) to launch your favorite programs, -- anything that you ever dreamed of adjusting.
