This program sits in your System Tray. You can add "aliases" or shortcuts to any folder on your hard drive, and instanly open an Explorer window at that location just by clicking on it -- this saves you from drilling down through 6 levels of folders each time you want to go somewhere. It also lists all your desktop files (a bit slowly, though) so you can access shortcuts on your Desktop without having to minimize your other windows. This can be a real file navigation time saver.
